You will need electronic copies of the following documents before you can complete your online registration:

  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV) - keep it brief but attach a detailed record of learning
  • A referee’s report commenting on your academic achievements
  • A short letter/synopsis detailing your reasons for applying and why you should be awarded the scholarship (no more than 300 words)
  • Proof of NZ citizenship or permanent residence
  • Copy of academic results
  • Proof of tertiary study enrolment (if initially studying in 2026)
